rev:text	With respect to the other reviewers, this is a terrible place to stay. My wife and I arrived in the middle of the afternoon for a meeting the next morning. The room wasn't ready. They accepted my early check-in but the room wasn't ready. OK, well two and half hours later it still wasn't ready. I have severe mobility issues due to a brain tumor and need a handicapped accessible room, so could just move to another room. Finally, told them to give me the room get me another one. They did even though the room wasn't cleared. So we go to the handicapped room (on the 9th floor) and it's fine. But this isn't a handicapped room. There are no lights to indicate someone at the door. There are no railings in the bathroom. It looked like they designated the room handicapped. oh well, just good enough. Embassy Suites have a manager's reception but this one was a joke. I understand it's not meant to be a meal, but putting out a couple of trays of veggies with nothing to dip and some chips and salsa does not cut it. At least the alcohol was there to deaden the pain. oh well, just good enough. After that fiasco, we went to the restaurant and was told they were full because of two large parties. These parties totaled maybe 30-35 people but the restaurant was 70% empty, oh well, just good enough. back in the room, went go some computer work. the desk has what looks like a dinner table chair, but no arms so for someone with a handicap. oh well, just good enough. The desk was much too high for the chair, making typing mostly impossible. oh well, just good enough. In the bathroom, there were no railings at the commode. As a person with balance issues, I need that to use the toilet. I couldn't use this toilet which stood in the middle of the room. oh well, just good enough. The shower/tub had high walls and no railing as well. Guess no shower this trip. oh well, just good enough. none of the staff seemed to care or want to do anything about the issues. They were just there. oh well, just good enough. Embassy Suites has a reputation and this hotel is a black mark to that reputation. oh well, just good enough
