  • Took about a half hour to be seated, after being told only 20 minutes. 3 orders of pancakes and a salad took about a half hour to come out. When speaking to a manager, he said "we've been backed up on food all day," and proceeded to mumble something additional under his breath. Very rude. As a manager, you don't speak to customers like that. I don't care if you are backed up. When there are people he came in after you did leaving before you even get your food, clearly that's a problem.
