I should have read the reviews before booking. I reserved 3 rooms for my mother's 80th birthday. I asked for 2 adjoining rooms and was assured by the online "chat" rep that we would be accommodated. Upon our arrival, we were assigned 2 rooms that were at separate ends of the hallway. The 3rd room wasn't ready yet (check in was at 3pm) and found that it wouldn't be an adjoining room. At 3:45 our 3rd room still wasn't ready and we had dinner reservations for 5pm in town. We were finally notified a short time after 4pm that the room was ready. This obviously was not of concern to the hotel staff. We received an "I'm sorry" however it seemed almost rehearsed. I would not recommend this hotel if you have any significant event to attend. Additionally, we asked for a wheelchair later in the evening. The chair brought to us was not equipped with foot rests. What was especially disturbing was that, once again, the front desk didn't feel this was an issue. This particular incident will be reported to the proper organization.
