  • Cricut customers beware. If you buy anything cricut, this store does not offer refunds on defective items. The printable vinyl falls apart when I tried to color it. Manager insisted she can't refund it because she could not resell it. Why would you sell something defective to another customer anyways? I was told to call cricut. "Michaels is only a distributor," Guess what? I'm only a customer that will choose to spend her money with another "distributor." After spending hundreds in-store and several awesome classes, I'm sad that I won't be back.
