  • I came to visit my boyfriend in charlotte and came to this establishment on Friday night. I left my purse here and called multiple times the next day and left voicemails and no one returned my calls. I ended up calling at 8:45pm on Saturday once they were open and finally they answered and confirmed that they had my purse and to come on in and get it that night. I had told them I wasn't in charlotte but my boyfriend would go and grab it. He went and talked to the bouncer who was rude and didn't let him In and/or pick up my purse. He told him it was too busy and he would have to come back at 2am. I fly back tomorrow and I have tried every possible way to get in contact with this establishment (voicemails, Facebook, instagram) and NOTHING. I have my medication and my ID to fly back home and no one here has been a help.
