I went to use Amex like I do at all other yogurtlands. And this one doesn't accept it...... Shouldn't all franchises operate similarly??? The very nice guy at the register said, "The boss is here, I'll go ask!" He comes back with a message that was very disappointing.
"Oh he doesn't know if he will do it, he says its too much of a hassle"...... Wrong answer....
Hassle??? Allowing the many options for your customers to PAY YOU is too much of a hassle?!?!
I wish I could tell my customers they are being a hassle!!!!! But no, thats not an option in customer service!! Isn't owning a business a lot of work?? What is a little extra hassle in your job?? Success isn't easy!?!
I can tell you that I'll hassle my way with a further drive to get my froyo somewhere else!
