  • Our family recently lost a family member. A friend ordered a tray of bagels for us. In the chaos, no one was home to receive the tray. They waited close to an hour and tried calling us, but we were busy with funeral plans, we were unable to answer the call. The Bagel House went above and beyond and created a new platter for us to pick up on our way home from the funeral home at no charge. They even passed along their best wishes to our family for our difficult time. Amazing customer service in my books.
