  • I was just informed that their ASU partnership does not apply to students during winter break. They are not allowed entry unless they are enrolled at that point in time. Despite paying $1700 in out-of-pocket University fees, I will have to wait until January to do my workouts in the morning. In addition, the staff is not as friendly towards student guests as they are to their "paying" customers. Upon my 1st visit, I was not offered a towel or any information on the facility. The Y may provide great benefits to the community, but this location has a very poor service model for a reputable nonprofit.
