  • Not being a current tenant I can't speak to how they are as landlords. As a person who was interested in possibly renting a home from them, I can say that their service before the sale is the worst I've ever experienced. Leasing agents who are too lazy to search listings for potential residents. Managers who don't bother to return phone calls. Leasing agents who laugh when they call to cancel your appointment to view a home because someone else got it before you did. (Rhys) Excuse after excuse for why rentals that we found on their website are "no longer available" but then are resisted the following day for more $$$. Shady business practices and lousy customer service. I'll be calling the AZ Housing Department @ 602-771-1000. After that the attorney general's office.
