My salesman cody was fine. Actually very helpful. The "sales manager" Tyler is my issue. He made a mistake in his paperwork which caused a problem with my lender. This resulted in me having to return to my lenders office to correct Tyler's error. When it came time to sign at the dealership I felt like I was inconveniencing Tyler. I was not offered any extended warranty.
The following day a friend of mine purchased the same year, make, and model I did. He was given a $500 accessory credit that was offered for the unit we both bought. Tyler struck me as unprofessional, in behavior and appearance. I won't return to ridenow.
