rev:text	I feel for the Yelpers who had bad experiences with this salon. I've heard only great things about Emily, but that poor Yelper whose hair was ruined by Justin. No surprise to me -- my husband who has great hair went in for just a trim, was tired and just closed his eyes after telling him exactly what he wanted came out with the WORST CHOP JOB I have ever seen. I couldn't believe my eyes. I don't know about the front desk, etc.
