This use to be one of our favorite steakhouses but it has gone down hill. My husband and I went out for dinner for a special occasion. They sat us next to the kitchen. All we could hear were dishes clanking the whole time. We could barely hear each other. The service, which used to be our favorite thing about Maestros, was not even close to what we expected. Our server was young and too casual about everything. Our $54 steak was over cooked and the Brussels were dry, every leaf was black, no tender green goodness in the middle. Just when you really want the server to ask how everything is, they don't! It wasn't even worth complaining. The only dish on point was the lobster mash. We won't be back and we certainly won't be recommending Maestros to friends, family, or clients.
