  • Beware of the monthly plans!!!! The environment is nice. The massage was OK, not great, not terrible. I have been twice and really like Dr Wiegand. He is very personable and good at what he does. But I signed up for a monthly plan not realizing that it was a year long contract. It was my fault for not reading the fine print but the receptionist also didn't explain this to me or offer the information. I thought that I was signing up to pay month to month and had she informed me that the contract was for a year I never would have made the commitment. So when I called to cancel (was having trouble getting time away from kids frequently enough to make use of the plan) she told me I couldn't and explained that I signed up for a full year. I offered to pay for the full price of my initial massage and treatment in order to get out of the plan (you get a discount when you sign up for a plan) but she said no and that the "buyer's remorse" time period of 3 days was already up. So now I am committed for a year of monthly bills. Sigh.
