  • Deserve no stars. They delivered me an IRA cashout check Wednesday, Aug. 29. I paid T Rowe Price $30 to have another check FedEx'd to arrive Friday, Sept. 1. It never arrived. After the holiday weekend I called T Rowe Price and obtained the tracking #. FedEx tracking said it was undeliverable, that I had moved. They delivered an identical package 2 days prior. So the check I paid $30 to receive on Sept. 1, so I could pay rent - I had to go pick up myself at the Tempe facility. Rent was 4 days late, and cost me $200 in late fees - all because FedEx couldnt do their job, and no one could tell me why. To pile it on, I had to wait 22 minutes standing there in the lobby before a manager would hear my complaint. FedEx customer service line was no help either. Terrible service in every way. I will not use FedEx in the future.
