| - I was really looking forward to the food and ordered what I always get when at a Vietnamese restaurant - the pho with rare beef, tendon, tripe, brisket and flank, and the spring rolls.
The rolls were alright, but not fresh, the pork and shrimp were super dry like the rolls had been there for awhile. The peanut sauce was so watery and didn't really taste peanutty at all, it was a little gross.
The pho broth was alright, but the main thing for me was that it wasn't hot, which made me feel like I was eating old food. Noodle soup, in my opinion, should be super hot, with steam coming out for a long time after they serve it.
Overall it was pretty disappointing, which I'm sad to report.
