Nice folks, but they weren't even close to being on time. Two hours for a scheduled oil change? Tried to give me somebody else's car? Told me my alignment was off before they even put it on the rack?
Told them ahead of time I was in a hurry (6 hour drive ahead of me), which is why I scheduled the oil change rather than go to a quickie lube. This was an insanely slow and frustrating process for a $50 service that should have taken no more than 45 minutes.
I blame the Goodyear Corp for some of this slowness. I watched the tech enter page after page after page of useless info I told him not to bother with. He claimed he had to do it. If so, monumental waste of everybody's time. Time is money, which is why I'll go elsewhere next time.
