| - I took my poor kitty here after she got an epic upper respiratory infection. (Did you know cats can make snot rockets?? I...did not.)
The hospital itself is immaculately clean, a little on the smaller size but they make the most of their space. They will separate sick animals from the others in the lobby just to add an extra level of caution, which I think is awesome after being around a few vets offices that didn't.
I was very impressed with the level of care she received when I brought her in during the morning walk-in hours. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the vet, Dr. Farrington, was very thorough and more importantly, tender with my little scaredy cat. He discussed the best options for treatment with me instead of dictating to me, and helped me decide which were the best while also being cost-conscious, which I appreciated. (He's straight-forward and highly knowledgeable without losing his compassion for your animals. I wish I could have a doctor like him for myself, lol)
A few days later and my lil kitty is almost completely recovered, which I was happy to report when they called me to follow up a few days later. :D
It has been a long time since I have had a regular vet, but with fair prices and great care for my animals, I will be ditching Groupons and using Catalina exclusively. Thank you Dr. Farrington and staff!
