We WERE long time customers of Rao's, dining there each time we werin Las Vegas. This past January we dined there with another couple. Later that night, the two husbands got violently sick, almost to the point on being incapacitated. We had eaten the same food all day, except the husbands ate Rao's meatballs at dinner. That is not why I am writing this review. In the restaurant business, stuff happens
The next day we called Rao's to let them know what had happened. We weren't looking for anything. We thought they should know. We gave all of our information to the manager. She told us that someone from their Risk Management Dept. would call us. NEVER HAPPENED! She also told us that after they investigated someone would follow up with us. NEVER HAPPENED!
The lack of concern, compassion and communication was astounding. This was not about bad meatballs! It is about basic customer service. We will never go there again. Oh, thats right, Rao's doesn't care!
Well I call Mrs. Clark and I said am I Mrs. Clark what am I after the incident office get rows tomato sauce she gave me your information you tell me a risk management will be calling you weekend
