My car died right in front of th e shop so I thought I got lucky. Next day they called to tell me the alternator and serpentine belt needed to be replaced. The alternator price seemed high and when I questioned the price they told me "that is the wrong one" and gave me a new price $100 less. When I asked if the belt was damaged they said no - another $90 saved. In the end, my cost was about $250 less than what they originally tried to get me to pay. Still high compared to other ships in the area due to their inflated labor rates, part mark up and "diagnosis fee". Only reason I went with them is because it was Friday afternoon and I needed the car back. Any other weekday and I would have taken it to a more trustworthy shop. These guys will do their best to sell you something you don't need so be careful. If you are looking for a good shop, go to Cline in Mooresville.
