  • I wish that I could have written a better review for this hospital . After a knee surgery my mother receive great nursing care , but as the discharge planning starting to become underway , Katie the hospital case manager was horrendous . She was so rude in fact the the CNA that was in the room at the time of contact with my mother , offered to contact Katie's supervisor due to her behavior . My mother was asking about her home health care that was due to be set up . After hearing of this , I called Katie myself to ask of the home health that was due to be set up . She literally yelled in my ear that she was working on it and hung up on me . Literally yelled in my ear and hung up on me . I was shocked at how unprofessional and rude this women was. Not only to my mother who lie laying in bed from surgery but also to family that was simply curious as the home health that was due to set up for my mother's care . Shame on Mountain View for employing such persons who are rude and uncaring , but most of all shame on Katie for her behavior. If someone hates their job that much they should no longer work in health care. If you wish to be treated with dignity , I suggest you steer clear from Mount View Hospital .
