Service was great in office - Kendall was amazing - My only problem is the scheduling dept. About a week after my visit, I called to speak with a nurse regarding what I had done and just had a few questions. I left a message with the receptionist early in the morning and by 3:00 PM still didn't have a call back. I called again and I was told the office manager is the one that calls back not a nurse and the office manager was out of the office until the next day. I then told her I had been waiting for a call back since this morning. She was very rude and told me the nurses aren't available to talk - they are seeing patients. I understand that but I'm a patient as well and the rudeness wasn't called for. After waiting on hold again for 10 minutes - I was transferred to a general voicemail. Customer Service sucks and girls answering phones need more training on customer service.
