  • We tried to change our reservation length from 8 nights to 2 and we're told our room was not available for the change. If we booked the room for 8 nights and are still staying the beginning portion of that same reservation HOW is it possible that our room is now magically unavailable?? Customer service was very unaccomodating and kept restating their position of the room being no longer available like that was changing the laws of basic logic. O K - I get that you don't want to help me. Just let me cancel the whole thing and I'll gladly take my money elsewhere - 15 minutes of my life I shall never get back!!!
