I would comparable to GB Pulled Noodles with less of an insane line-up. There's also a guy in the front pulling fresh noodles and throwing them into the vat.
All noodle dishes, fried or soup, are $8.95. I like how they offer different meats as I am not a big fan of tendon. I had the beef brisket and it was nice and soft. Soup came out bubbling hot, there's a good amount of veggies and noodles were bouncy. Unlike GB, they don't offer different shapes/thicknesses of noodles. The noodles are like spaghetti.
They also have fresh soy milk, hot or cold, for only $1. It was refreshing, maybe a bit diluted for me.
