  • All of my trips to Charlotte, NC I stay at this property. It is always clean, quiet and friendly. This property is located at one end of a strip that has shopping and restaurants, sort of like a little town in itself. The staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are modern, clean and pretty large. I also like the TV in the bathroom mirror you can turn on to watch while you get ready. No restaurant in the hotel but do you really need it since there are so many good ones just steps away. They do serve continental breakfast in the morning, make your own waffles if you like. If you download the Hilton app, you can check in, request additional toiletries and if you are a silver and above member, you receive 2 free bottles of water in your room. Check out just as easy as check in, however always had problems with the digital key. Just get the key card, in fact two to avoid one being demagnetize to avoid having to go back to the front desk.
