  • Had a bad experience today with an employee named Jerry. He was rude and straight from DMV type. He was full of anger and hate for whatever reason. I thought I was the (repeat)!customer bringing in business thru USAA? Hopefully you get a better experience with that Jerry than I did. Probably a non-serving draft dodging college boy or maybe he just hates vets esp. jarheads lol. He's in the wrong shop coz the sticker on their door reads "USAA" and they even have a flag in front of the business.
