Reviews on social media do matter. Hence the 3 star, instead of a one now.
The $1000 is finally back on the c.c!
But this really comes down to, the professionalism of the staff. This is their business and their livelihood. They do this every day. I don't buy a new car every day. (That would be awesome though!)
If Rob had said on Saturday: 'Sorry I didn't get your voicemail until just now. The financing had gone through. I can't return your deposit without a manager's approval. Here is his name, please call on Monday to discuss this with him.
People change their minds, that's life!
*The salesman, Michael Phan, really was great too btw!

Like drinking, don't text an ex. Like being hungry, don't go to Costco! And being sleep deprived, don't buy a car!
Its long.. keep reading!
My Husband and I went to an event, where there was great and amazing savings. Well the savings weren't that great. But we thought, we needed a second car. Put the $1000 deposit down @ 11:30pm.
Had a good night sleep. And realized, oh crap, we don't really want the car payments for the next 5 years! The dealership opened at 9am, I called and left a vm for Rob Chapman. in financial services @ 9:08. No call back until after 3pm. Who doesn't check their voicemail at work for the entire day!
He said, its going to be a hassle to get your deposit back b/c the financing was approved. He didn't seem to mind that I was going to put reviews up on social media of our experience. He kinda said bring it. And I like a challenge.
On Monday, my Husband called and spoke to Brian Schmidt, who is maybe an owner or manager. And after a painful 20 + minute conversation, Brian said, yes it'll be refunded to you. That was Monday. It is now Thursday, and no deposit back!
My Husband called again on Thursday morning, and yes, it'll be refunded to you today, well its been a few hours.. and still no deposit!
So.. at this point, not so impressed that we are paying for the interest on a c.c. that should have already been refunded!
