  • So disappointed with our staycation here. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. We went to the pool right away and it was freezing!! There is no way that pool was heated!! Came back up to the room and they had used soap in the shower! So gross! And they didn't stock any of the other usuals...soap, lotion, etc. We ordered room service and the steak I ordered medium was well done, burnt. Not what I wanted at all! The headboard on the bed is completely torn us, I can't believe they wouldn't replace it. And some of the lights didn't even work. I don't think we will be staying here again which is disappointing because I liked the idea of staying somewhere other than the strip.
