This place was great! I tried a bowl of Pho and a central Vietnamese specialty dish called Bun Bo Hue which I really enjoyed.
They are stingy on the pho noodles and meat but the broth flavor was solid. Size up on the noodles quantity if you can. The price was higher the average for pho, around $8-$9 a bowl.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a variety of regional cuisines and specialty dishes as well. The Bun Bo Hue has a beefy sort herbal flavor here. It's very similar to the traditional pho bowl, but Bun Bo Hue soup has more flavor, contains chopped ginger, and uses thicker rice noodles. I ate it with my mix of lime/hoisin sauce/sriracha on the side and threw in little bit of every herb - the mung bean sprouts, the purple cabbage, etc. It's worth a try if you're looking to be more adventurous!
