| - I've been patronizing this establishment for at least a decade at this point, in which time it's increased in size by at least a factor of two. Unfortunately, the variety of merchandise hasn't scaled quite as much.
Inside it's a warehouse with narrow aisles, short shelves, and little organization. There are electronic components - many of which appear to be surplus stock dating back to the late 80s or early 90s - cables, tools, HDTV antennas, and the like. Some of the newer stock is educational kits - very expensive, but a wide selection. They, at least, carry prices - many of the items in store, you'll struggle to figure out how much they cost.
I don't come here that often for stuff anymore - as I said, the stock selection of electronic parts is minimal. If you're looking for a microcontroller or any other part made in, say, the last decade, you're likely out of luck. The cables tend towards overpriced for the quality, and they never seem to have the right length in stock. Lately, even the tools section has been disappointing, a few key items being completely absent.
Overall, RTC Electronics next door and Digikey online pretty well obviate the need for this store.
