  • Happy Hour Daily 4-7, 10pm to close One of my favorite happy hours at Mandalay Bay. Great cocktail and food menu, although on my most recent visit the happy hour menu was much smaller than in the past. My favorite cocktails are the White Ruskie and The Tsar. For food I like the meatballs, sliders and wings. I really liked the duck fat fries and siberian nachos but they are no longer on the happy hour menu. Boo! Still a solid happy hour spot.
