  • Jason came out to clean my carpets today because I am moving out. Unfortunately my water was shut off early and he was unable to clean anything. I felt horrible for him making the drive out, but he was very understanding. He was very personable in the sense that he was honest with me. I paid before he started and then had to cancel for water purposes. Jason refunded my money immediately and even showed me on his phone the refund. He gave me his honest professional opinion and was very trustworthy. I will definitely recommend him to other people. And will be using his services in the future. I was very satisfied. Although I was unable to have him clean.
