  • Andre is my HERO. I got a new pc (Sony Vaio) and inserted an adapter which I thought would fit okay (like my previous HP) but turned out it didn't. Went to Data Doctors to get help to remove it and the rep there was not helpful at all - he wouldn't even touch it - said I would need to leave it there for a $100 minimum fee and said they would try not to damage my pc. I was quite disgusted and I left. I just happened to do a Google maps search and found my PC Techs and thought I might as well stop in - WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE! I lucked out and met Andre and within 15 minutes he had removed the adapter from my pc with little effort and - NO CHARGE. I will never go to Data Doctors again, and have to agree with the other reviews stating pride of workmanship. Andre gave me his best effort and set me on the road again, and I very much appreciated his time and his appreciation of my time in stopping by. I highly recommend my PC Techs due to the caring and expert service I received, and I will be posting this review on Google as well.
