  • I've been coming here for years and always thought highly of this business until now. I purchased 2 detailing services for our cars. Well, the next day I went back to return the services and get a refund and was at first told that all sales are final. After talking to the rep for a few minutes she then said she would refund the money but can take 3-7 days. 7 days have past and the refund has not gone through. My message to management and this company is "you obviously need the money more then I do, so keep it!" You have lost me as a customer. I have been coming to your business for 14 years now and I'm done!!!!!!!
