I cannot believe what terrible service we received at this location on December 22nd 2012. We checked into the hotel at 4:30am and was told we would get a late check out of 1pm. At 11:30 am a housekeeper rudely knocks on our door ( even though we have a do not disturb sign up) and says check out was at 11am. After I inform him that we had a 1pm check out he claims that we did not and the front desk doesn't communicate with house keeping for whatever reason. We call the front desk and the inform us that the lady that we were very rudely awakened and the housekeeper was rude. We paid over $70 to be awakened. We decide to just check out and go downstairs. Michelle, the front desk person at the time, informs us that she is "sorry" and there is nothing she can do because we paid cash. Not only that but then she very RUDELY tells me that " no one made us check in at 4:30am and it's not their fault we checked in so late" after that we ask for the manager ( connies ) card and she tells us that she will make sure she calls us. Well, of course no call. So we follow up that Monday. Michelle informs us that Connie felt it wasn't worth her time to return our call. We tried calling again yesterday and left a message. And again Michelle calls us back informing us we are not allowed to speak with connie. I am so upset with the way we were treated. I would never, ever recommend this hotel ever again.
