| - If I could give this club zero stars I would, it was trash. After being hidden within the inconspicuous depths of an alleyway making it extremely difficult to find I was under the impression that it would be smooth sailing from here on out, however, the worst was yet to come. Upon arriving, stepping into line and presenting our tickets to the security guard he told us we would not be allowed entrance unless we had bottle service. He then proceeded to turn his back to us and the others waiting in the queue behind us, allowing those who did not even have tickets and were in a separate queue, entrance into the club. It was New Years Eve and 17 below, most were not bundled up making waiting in a queue that is quickly filling up less than desirable. Many were getting upset and frostbitten, including myself. I calmly tried to ask the security guard how long the wait would be, however, he just ignored me. I tried to ask again and again only to have him ignore and pace in front of me every single time. The lack of service shown towards paying customers was atrocious and clearly shows a lot about the business' ethics. The security guard was essentially being a bully, over stretching his authority and giving the club an even worse image. Lighten up please, it's New Years and everyone who is attending the place just wants to get inside. If you're going to make a statement saying who can and cannot enter the club to people who actually have purchased tickets you need to explain why and not just leave them high and dry. It's rude, disrespectful and classless and only infuriates your customers making them not want to come back, which I won't be and neither will my friends. In short, I would not recommend this club, find some place elsewhere where the service is less about bullying and more about accommodating customer needs and concerns.
