  • Let's face it this is a Showroom, and it should state that. I miss the Restoration Hardware where I can go in and buy things I can take home. Sure there are things that you order (furniture lighting etc). Would you please remove the mouth pieces from the salespeople. In the middle of conversation they start talking into their mouth piece... very poor attentive service. When you are engaging in a conversation with a customer, mute the mic! It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice and attentive! So many other shops to choose from.
