  • What a fantastic store!!! Welcome to the Summerlin neighborhood. We had a great experience that needs to be shared. We bought a stroller many months ago at a different Buy Buy Baby. Unfortunately it broke in a weird place and wouldn't lock. Without going into to many details, we came to the new store in Summerlin and explained to them that we are long term customers (my wife buys from them every time she goes back to California) and we explained that we are bummed by our broken stroller. One of the managers Amber and her associate Betty (plus a few other great associates) went above and beyond for us. They actually found out old receipt and traded out for a brand new stroller. On top of that, a young guy Harrison volunteered to build it in less than 10 minutes so my 2.5 year old can take her new stroller out of the store. I give this store a perfect 10!!! Keep up the good job.
