  • Beautiful venue, however, they say that it will cost only $5,000 and make you sign a non-refundable $2,000 agreement. THEN show you upgrades and what you actually have.. Crappy chairs and crappy everything, where you have no choice but to upgrade to their medium cute chairs which cost a ton.. and yet they weren't even the fanciest.. and to cover them, that was another budget.. and so on.. Endless upgrades. Photos were a ton too. They were so money hungry, customer service was not good- cold and business-like. They knew we were at our limit, and yet they kept sapping us for more. And one lady owner came in with a small fluffy dog. She fussed over that thing in front of us and went on talking to it about how hungry it must be and so on. Then poof, she was gone. UNREAL. We didn't get that treatment.
