So sad that I won't be coming back here because the employees are great. The owner is such a jerk that to give his establishment a dime is unconscionable.
The ladies who work here have always been professional and do great work. Today, my granddaughter came with me to get her nails painted. I guess since she's young they decided to put her with a nail tech who was brand new. She didn't know where anything was. She didn't know how to do things like all the other employees do. I get that she is new, but then have her follow someone else around for a day to get a lay of the land. Don't stick her with my granddaughter because you think you can get away with subpar service for a child. BTW, she got polish all around the edges of the skin around her toes and missed part of her nails on her fingers.
When a quietly mentioned my issues to the receptionist, I said that I thought it warranted a discount. The owner was sitting there and began yelling , "Just don't charge her. She has been doing nails for 20 years! Just don't charge her!" I wasn't causing a scene. I gave a criticism that I felt was justified being that I was a paying customer. He started yelling and belittling me in front of the entire place filled with ladies getting their nails done. Seriously? That's how you handle concerns? Berating customers??
Well, enjoy berating other customers. You lost this one and everyone that I know within a 25 mile radius will know what a jerk the owner is!!
