| - Living close to this McDonald's, it is the first option for fast food, however I visit this one very infrequently. Even with 24 hour service, no matter what time of day you go, service is always, always, always slow. Waited 13 minutes for a pumpkin spice latte last night at 1am, with two cars in front of me, and when I finally got to the window, I saw one younger girl taking orders (and probably doing the cooking too), while another worker was filling ketchup or doing something out on the floor of the restaurant. I didn't have another 4 minutes to wait for her to start my coffee. I left, not wanting to be late for work. Owner should really get his staff /procedures /processes in better order. I would probably go to McDonald's more often, but when you can go to Tim's and get in a super long line, even with all the breakfast items they make now, it's never more than about 4 to 5 minutes to get to the window. McDonald's is a totally different thing. I've never been served in under 5 minutes in 16 years and probably 40 or 50 visits here! *The McDonalds by the Canadian Tire beside the mall is not much better, but a McDonalds I frequent in Concord on Hwy 7 is light years more efficient.... and I'm pretty sure my review won't change a lot of people's minds... you can't deny a Big Mac craving and Happy Meals are the go to treat for our kids. If McDonald's wants to make serious inroads in the coffee sector, they need to speed it up!
