  • This was the contractor that was provided through Lowe's, as I purchased a toilet, kitchen faucet, P-valves and the hoses that supply water through the p-valves to the faucet and toilet. DON"T USE THIS CONTRACTOR! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! They called to say they were on their way. I said call me when you get here. They didn't call. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I called them, as I had not heard from them. Apparently our tenant was home and they started the job without consulting us. They took our valves and hoses and had them in their van. They tried to steal our materials and not replace them. We were charged for their labor to replace them and had to have a firm conversation with them to get the work done. UNPROFESSIONAL! DISHONEST! THIEVES! DON'T USE THEM! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!
