  • Outstanding! People, attitude, passion. All of. I came across an M3 on the Internet and gave them a call. Chris called me back, we talked about the car and he cleared all my questions. I wouldn't buy a car without a test drive so I was hesitating. My upcoming trip to Phoenix was planned in a month but.. I had a feeling the deal wouldn't last that long. Chris says, come check it out and my first thought was this is crazy.. but then I figured why fucking not? The car is reasonably priced, even below the average price, the body type, the options, everything as I wanted and it hadn't been easy to find a car like that in Chicago. So I booked a flight departing in 8 hours and next morning I was waving at Chris, who was amazed to see that guy from Chicago so soon. We took the car for a drive and I was pretty dissapointed as I realized I forgot how to drive a stick.. plus that was an M3 which I have never driven before. I was tired of the flight and sick with a sore throat barely speaking so needless to say I couldn't make a decision that day. The guys were understanding and told me they could come on Sunday if I still wanted a car. I came back to the hotel had a good sleep till the night and as I woke up I realized I'm buying that car! After a good party over night, I came back to the shop next morning. I drove two M3 to compare the work of the clutch. My ability to drive a stick recovered over the night and I was amazed with the car! We sit together with Donald, the chief guy there, and he walked me through all the paper work and the process, explaining every detail I didn't understand. In the end I knew the estimated final cost. But that wasn't it. He stepped up further to cut out 2k off my deal and straighten issues with the bank. All in all, the guys are a family. They love BMWs and they help like minded people to get a perfect deal. They do that with a passion! They just started their business, that means you can a get pretty good deal there! So if you ever wanted to own a BMW, you may as well consider going there for Xmas shopping :)
