rev:text	Boy, am I glad that I got free tickets to this thing, or else I would be so disappointed. Oh wait, I'm still disappointed, which is sad to say because I LOVE Vegas shows. Most of the tricks are mediocre at best, and while I am sure that the magicians work very hard to attempt to razzle dazzle the crowd, most tricks and jokes fell flat, with both AND the rest of the audience. Maybe I'm just too much of a skeptic. Actually, no I'm not. I love magic! (I'm a nerd). I think that the key to a good magic show is lots of charisma and not relying too much on special effects. This show had way too little charisma and WAY too many special effects. How am I supposed to believe that you made someone and/or a piano levitate, when you have all this smoke and fog going on, getting caught up in my wind pipes? No. Not today. If the close up cameras showed the acts more thoroughly (while still leaving room for shock and awe), then maybe I'd be okay. Farrell Dillon made me laugh with his "trick" (and taught me a valuable lesson about how to get out of a straitjacket, should I ever be in one), but I wasn't overly impressed. Rainbow! So thanks, Farrell, for raising this one-star review to a two star. I did fall asleep a couple of times. I was tempted to walk out a few times, but did not in fear of missing something. Did I miss anything? I'm afraid not, my dears. Perhaps the Masters of Illusion have too much pressure to be the next Penn and Teller. It's a tough spot to fill guys, and I'm sure that you hate hearing that.
