  • The staff are friendly, but definitely efficient & professional in what they do. I like that because too many times in exchange/consignment shops it's just slackers who don't care. They typically offer you less than 50% in store credit from the pricing they set or you get about 15% in cash. They have a lot of things to choose from & things are kept in good order. I will say the pricing on the clothes, to me, is a bit high, so that store credit or cash won't go far.
