  • Horrible staffing! They know the hotel is busy but still only staff a few people. Been too many Starbucks but and this 1 is managed poorly. Not lying maybe 40 people on line. If they don't care about the size of the line then how can I give them my money. I don't need coffee that bad. Here is a tip take the escalator down to the Roasted Bean. No line and friendlier service.
