  • The experience has just been too inconsistent here. I have come to this location 8 or 9 times, because I Like Floyd's in other states I have lived. But every time I come here, I don't get the same product. I ask for a Floyd's cut every time, and the past 4 times have been completely different experiences. Some shampoo. Some don't. Some wash your hair. Some don't. Some do a Massage thing, some don't. The timing on it is all over the place. This last time I came in however. Requested a shave and Floyd's cut. Never had a shave before, but desperately need one. The lady cutting my hair could not shave me, because she was not trained to do so. Which is fine, but then when they tried to get someone else to shave me. Multiple attempts some how failed, and they could not organize anyone to shave me after my hair cut...because people kept taking new clients and forgetting I needed a shave. Ugh. I hate writing this review. But any company or management team that can't organize a basic services for a frequent customer. Doesn't deserve my business anymore.
