  • Very disappointed in this place and I'll never go back again. First time I went I will say the service writer I dealt with Cody was great and awesome to deal with. He has a great personality and and was very pleasant to deal with. When my wife went the person she dealt with she said was kind of arrogant a little rude and not so pleasant to deal with. We took two vehicles both of them for breaks to be worked on at this location. And tires at another location. What bothers me is the fact that they are overcharging people for product and services that you're not receiving. In all three instances I paid over $30 for an extra charge for supplies that no one could explain to me what they were for. The only answer I was givin is it's a cumulative according to the labor that they charge you, meaning they charge a percentage for shop supplies depending on how much they charge you for labor which is stupid. Basically I gave them a free $90 for nothing. I think it's absolutely so wrong and crooked to charge people that amount of money for shop supplies that are being used for my vehicle. There's no way they can justify charging me $90 for shop supplies when I'm paying them all the money I'm paying for labor and parts and taxes as it is. That makes no sense to me. I can understand a couple bucks for shop supplies but not to the amount of what they are charging people it's highway robbery and I'll take my business elsewhere along with all my vehicles and all my friends from now on. I'll never shop there again and I'll make sure to tell everybody I know not to shop there as well unacceptable. Not to mention very oddly all of a sudden a few days later. I started hearing a winding noise and found out I had absolutely no fluid in my power steering but yet it's not leaking and it was bone dry I filled it up and haven't had a problem since and its still not leaking and is still full. Coincidence or not makes no sense to me and I no longer trust his place or any tire works. Always remember just because it's cheaper doesn't mean it's any better you pay for what you get...
