  • I'm writing to give " Christina in the call center " Kuddos!! I called in for an appoint, last minute...She took down my number and told me she would call me back after she was done with her confirmations and guess what...SHE ACTUALLY DID!!!! unfortunately no cancelations but just the fact that she kept my number and called me back to let me know of the update made me feel acknowledged!!!! I'm aware of RedRocks busy schedule so I was not surprised :) But Thank u again Christina in the Call Center!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!
