  • I was patient for 6 months. When pictures were taken, the dentist was indecisive on course of action...I don't know maybe we should root canal maybe we should pull? I felt he was expert and should know what he is doing. Became uneasy about the appearance of inexpertise. The rates here are VERY high. I asked on my first visit for standard prices, filling, crown, root canal, check up. Rates were very high, comparable to CA were everything is higher. Six months in practice, I had emergency, half a tooth broke beneath gum, leaving very jagged cutting point in mouth. they would not see me for more than 27 hours later. I found this unacceptable based on pain level. Not even any immediate triage for a day or two. I called Towne Center Dental, (del Webb road) they said no problem, come in in half hour. They did immediate extraction and prep for bridge. The dentist and staff was excellent. The work was as painless as possible. And the quoted cost for extraction and crown was more than half the cost of Aliante dental. More in line with cost of living of Nevada. I feel when you are a patient on record, that should count for something, give a damn...clearly this practice is all about money and not patients.
