rev:text	I went here the same day I was released from Huntersville Novant post hysterectomy to the ER with chest pain shortness of breath and swollen lip...this was obviously a reaction to what I was prescribed for medication post hysterectomy ...I was not given a wheelchair to enter in even though I had let them know I was released just hours ago from Huntersville Novant ...the nurse that took me back was obviously having too much fun goofing around with friends that were at the ER to pay attention...I almost collapsed in the hallway after she tried to lead down to furthest exam room from the entrance again without a wheelchair...I finally get into the exam room...and I had to wait almost 4 hours before anyone would see me or treat me...I had to complain to the nurses in the hallway ...the first nurse I never saw again and after that saw 3 more before a doctor came in to let me know what they were going to do about the allergic reaction meanwhile all my pain meds had worn out after having a hysterectomy the day before!!!! This was completely unacceptable!!! The amount of pain I was in for almost 5 hours there was un necessary It's obvious to me that someone is going to end up getting seriously hurt because none of the nurses nor the staff at the ER take their job seriously!!! They should all be ashamed of themselves ...they are supposed to medical professionals in charge of saving lives and helping people!!! I will never go back to this place ever again!!!!!!!
